Two homes left the list, none joined
Newark's buyable list of houses and townhomes went from 69 to 67, with no new arrivals. A townhome went into contract, and one seller lowered their asking price. Three homes listed earlier in the week now count as active rather than newly listed.
Newly listed in Newark
Eight homes carry the newly listed label. All eight are houses, and most of them have three bedrooms.
Ten homes sit in the coming soon queue, the same as Wednesday, and eight houses and townhomes are priced under a million, one fewer than Wednesday.
What we would do with this
If you are buying, fewer people are applying for loans, so the eight newly listed homes may draw a smaller crowd; update your approval at today's rate before you write. If you are selling, a townhome going into contract this week is a reminder that well priced homes still move with rates above 7%.
