Two homes joined the list, one left
Newark's buyable list of houses and townhomes went from 65 to 66. Two homes arrived, one newly listed and one on the market today, and one home left the list. No asking prices changed overnight.

Seven homes carry the newly listed flag, all of them houses with three or four bedrooms. Nine homes sit in the coming soon queue, unchanged from Monday, and ten houses and townhomes are priced under a million.
What we would do with this
If you are buying, the list grew by one and seven homes are newly listed, so there is choice. Talk to your lender about locking before Wednesday's Fed decision. If you are selling, today's one exit came from a home that had been sitting for weeks, a reminder to price for a 7% market from day one.
