Newark Daily Brief: A New Listing on Magnolia and a 50% Tariff Headed for Canadian Cars

Rates did not move. The 30 year fixed is 6.78% and the 15 year is 6.62%, both unchanged, per Mortgage News Daily, whose board has not posted a Tuesday print yet. The Mortgage Bankers Association has the 30 year at 6.77% and Freddie Mac at 6.65%, so that number is solid.
