The coming soon pipeline

Eight more Newark houses and townhomes are staged to hit the market, from a $1,060,000 three bedroom townhome on Bowline Road to a $2,995,000 four bedroom on Grasshopper Avenue. Coming soon is the window where a prepared buyer can move before the portals light up, and where a seller can read the competition before going live. The full list, with every active listing, sits on our listings page and refreshes every morning.

Buyable inventory fell from 58 to 55 over the weekend while the number under contract eased from 31 to 30, and the median listing has now been on the market 22 days. Three fewer homes to choose from is a thinner Monday than the raw count suggests, especially at the entry end, where the $790,000 house on Magnolia Street is the only Newark listing under $800,000 that came out this morning.
